Order Confirmation & Processing
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
Once your payment is verified and your order is processed, your parcel will be prepared for dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 working days for order processing.

For international customers, we will send a shipping notification along with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Abuja Delivery

Delivery timeframe: 3–5 working days


Other Nigerian States

Delivery timeframe: 5–7 working days
All orders within Nigeria are delivered via DHL directly to your doorstep.


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow up to 10 working days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping rates depend on your location and the total weight of your package. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Please ensure your address and contact information are accurate.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order will need to be reshipped and an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Custom authorities require that we declare the value of your order on the parcel.

• Customs delays
• Customs or duty fees
• Packages lost or stolen after DHL marks them as delivered
